EFC was found by Mr. Philip Chau in 1995. Although EFC does not set any boundary, EFC focuses on her commercial neighbourhood like Admiralty, Wanchai, Central, Causewaybay, TsimShaShui and SheungWan. Also because of her focus, EFC won lots of loyal patronage.

揚輝電腦是周昭發先生於1995年成立。由於揚輝於不知不覺間集中向她附近的商業區如金鐘、灣仔、銅鑼灣、尖沙咀、上環等提供服務，揚輝於區內贏了一大班忠誠的顧客。

EFC moved to the new shop, just on the opposite side of her old shop, in 2003. Besides the location, EFC decided to keep her face that her patronage loves.

揚輝於2003年搬往現址的新店。除了位址外，揚輝仍保留了她舊有的面貌以討好她的老客戶、老朋友。
