購買服飾須知:
- 如所訂貨品最終缺貨, 將會退回貨款。
- 貨品圖片可能因攝影效果或技巧與實物造成色差。如果客人著重顏色要求的, 敬請客人購買前請仔細考慮!!
- 如因尺吋不合, 顏色偏差, 已經洗滌過或明顯為人為造成的損毀或瑕疵, 都不獲更換或退款

- 寄出前會為的郵件影相
- 所有訂單都會安排平郵發出
-如需要掛号請入數前先通知, 並於入數時另加HK$ 15.5
-如需速遞服務, 請落單時通知, 我們會幫你安排速遞到付




We will custom made / find a special gift for your loved one.

- crochet hat, decoration and other accessories can be custom made
- pls provide a picture / description of your needed items (anything), we can send you similar pictures for approval in 1-2 days.
- you can choose our existing items in our album and change the color or add decoration or name or letter that you like

Order process
- PM (facebook inbox) us your needed items
- we will quote you price for the needed items
- photo will be sent with quotation, after confirmation, pls arrange deposit (50% of the total) within 1-2 days to HSBC 178 880662 833. Pls send us the remittance / slip. We will arrange product after confirm received deposit.
- we will send you picture for checking before delivery
- For all crochet items, pls place order 1 week in advance.
- Rest of 50% pls arrange payment (50% of the total) within 1-2 days to HSBC 178 880662 833. Pls send us the remittance / slip. We will send you products after confirm received payment. .

- 你可以發相片及形容你要的物品 (任何物品)給我們, 我們會於1-2 天內發你所有類似的相片給你確認
- 也可以於我相簿內找現有的款式作修改 (改顏色, +裝飾, +名, +字…)

- 我們會先按你要求先報價
- 報價時會給你相片, 確認后請先落訂, 貨價的50%, 1-2個工作天內付錢到戶口 178 880662 833 匯豐銀行，並需要保留入數紙或任何付款紀錄正本, 我們查過到款後會給你訂貨 / 造貨
- 寄貨前會再發你相片確認
- 所有鈎織的產品, 都要預早1星期訂購
