Villa Oceanna 2.61

The villa can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if necessary.

Layout of the villa :

Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find an open plan area which contains the living room with fireplace, HDTV, home cinema and direct access to the swimming pool, the kitchen and dining area.

On the same floor there is a door that leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 single beds that can be set up as one, an open air closet and direct exit to the garden. The second bedroom has also two single beds that can be set up as one, a closet and direct exit to garden. The bathroom is with shower.

Next to the kitchen there is a door that leads to a storage and to bedroom number three. The bedroom has a double bed, an open air closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to garden.

Stairs from the living room leads you to the first floor there you will find, a fully equipped gym room with a small balcony with sitting area, and the two master bedrooms of our villa. The first master bedroom contains a double bed, a closet, a bath and exits to a balcony with sitting area and amazing sea view. The second master bedroom contains a double bed, a bath, an en-suite WC, and has big glass windows that allows you to enjoy incredible views.

The outdoor area of the villa has a big herbal garden with biological vegetables, a charcoal barbecue, a big dining table , a 50 sq. m swimming pool, playground for children, a home cinema and many different kind sitting areas. There is also a parking space.

The whole outdoor are is totally private and fenced.
