Exterior
In front of the house there is huge lawn covered garden, where kids can play safely, with the toys and swing provided. The terrace is complemented by a magnificent, 40 m² private swimming pool, with a special children’s compartment, equipped with sun beds and parasols, where the whole family can enjoy the games, sun and fresh village air! Additionally, in a covered, shaded area, barbecue facilities and a big dining table are available, where you can enjoy your meals all together! Each point of the garden and pool terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and hills. The pool and garden are beautifully lit at night, creating a magical, romantic ambience!

Interior
The interior of Villa Ioanna is very carefully decorated and furnished with a sense where comfort meets tradition. The villa consists of two totally equal designed floors and it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, which makes it perfect for big families or group of friends.

The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area (table with 6 seats), living room area (2 large sofas and fireplace), a bathroom and two bedrooms(one double and one twin).

First Floor
Stone stairs lead to the first floor, which also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area (table with 6 seats), living room area (2 large sofas and fireplace), a bathroom and two more bedrooms (one double and one twin). This floor also provides access to a balcony, equipped with patio furniture, under a pergola, overviewing the pool terrace and garden, as well as offering wide, uninterrupted mountain views. Sun or shade, terrace or gardens, indoors or outdoors, the choice of where to have that relaxing drink is going to be a difficult one!
