My name is Konstantinos Papalitsas and I was born in 1986 in the city of Karditsa in Greece. In 2010 I graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.TH.) holding a five-years degree (M.Eng.), specializing in the structural field. During my studies I took part in training courses of Youth in Action programs conducted by European Committee.

In March 2011 I joined the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Association of Civil Engineers of Greece receiving the license of practicing Civil Engineering. In August 2011 I started my own business. My technical knowledge was completed when I successfully attended the training program of Building Energy Inspectors in 2013 and the educational programs of Boiler and Air Conditioning Energy Inspectors in 2014. Finally in 2014 I joined the association of Greek Contractors. During the biennium 2013-2015 I attended successfully the postgraduate program " Engineering Project Management" of Hellenic Open University (H.O.U.).

In September 2013 I joined the staff of the real estate office RE/MAX Gaia in Karditsa and I received the basic education of real estate consulting (Quick Start & Code of Ethics), acquiring the bases of assessment and management of properties.

My activities focus on providing Civil Engineering services in conjunction with Real Estate services, providing an integrated solution package to any customer. My aim is to offer the best possible and economic choices, depending on the new developing technologies and based on international energy saving requirements and environmental protection.

For this reason, in 2014 I began an exclusive partnership with the construction company WandS which specializes in the field of ecological wooden structures and contemporary bioclimatic homes. Additionally in May 2016 I completed the European Program SouthZEB and I took the certification of nZEB Designer.

I firmly believe in the importance of project management in the construction field, which can give you a detailed picture of your project progress at any time, checking all the activities and avoiding fundamental mistakes.

Project management services combined with engineering services can offer the best value to investment projects. Reducing energy consumption of buildings by promoting the construction of passive houses or renovating the already existing to net zero energy buildings is the next big challenge for my career.
