With view over the Psiloritis mountain and just 2km from a sandy beach these houses are located in the outskirts of the village Prinos. They are completely independent from one another, each comprising big gardens and private swimming pools.

Prinos house (2 bedrooms, 5 people, private swimming pool)
Prinos House is a typical cretan village home dating back to the beggining of the 20th century. With respect to its traditional architectural style, it was fully restored and renovated to make a charming cottage. It offers all the ease of a modern villa while maintaining some traditional elements: a stone oven in the inner yard and a charming fireplace in the living room.

Elya House (3 bedrooms, 6 guests, private swimming pool)
This villa was built in 2002 with local materials. The orientation of the house ideally faces the swimming pool with the mountains in the background. 600m2 lawn surrounds the house, decorated with trees and flowers represantative of the local flora.
