Now immortalised in the Hollywood movie "Mama Mia", Skopelos island has a tranquillity and charm, which, combined with lovely beaches, friendly people and authentic villages, mark it out as truly special.

The "ktima", the greek name for "estate" of the Ravanou/Emmanuel family, is set in 20 acres of lush Mediterranean greenery of pine-trees and olive groves, next to the coastal village of Elios-Neo Klima, and in close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches of Skopelos Island, Kastani Beach and Panormos beach, offering an idyllic holiday setting.

Our apartments are located in the midst of a beautiful estate that belongs to our family for over 100 years.

Situated on the side of the cliff, with an amazing panoramic view of the sea, typically ‘Mediterranean’ in nature and form, the complex of three villas offer a relaxed lifestyle only a stone’s throw away from the beach, which is accessible via a private path.

Private, tranquil and aesthetically satisfying the villas have apartments that can accommodate 2, 4 and 6 people.

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen unit and dining area with 2 sofa sleepers, a bathroom and one/or two bedrooms with a veranda overlooking the bay.
