Fabrica is a brew bar with a focus on high quality products and fair prices. Its products include specialty coffees, awarded tea and original italian drinking chocolate.
A special attention is paid to the use of fair trade products and “third wave” coffee.

Our coffee house is working with high quality coffee blends, from the Italian coffee house Caffè River.

Fabrica and Caffè River share the same vision and mission. Our vision is our companies to be seen as excellent creators of value in the coffee industry, through constant innovation, superior organisation, profound analysis and understanding of critical factors and above all, passion for excellence.
Our mission is to create superior value with our coffee, giving the end user a moment of full aesthetic enjoyment for all senses, and thus assuring the professional success of the barista.

Although coffee is our passion, we pay excellent attention to all products served, including tea and drinking chocolate.

The tea comes straight from the Irish Boutique Blender, Suki Tea. Suki Tea is launched with the aim to provide the finest loose leaf tea, herbal infusions and fruit blends from around the world. Additionally, the company is well known for making ethical sourcing their priority whilst delivering a quality and fresh product. Suki Tea is the Winner of over 21 Great Taste Awards, and multiple industries award it with the honourable title of ‘Tea as it should be’.
Drinking chocolate comes from the Italian company Ristora, a well known brand for its products and its prominence in excellence.

All products are served in store or take-away but there are also retail packages for home use.
