Traditional taverna and rent rooms situated in the village Thronos, which is built at the ruins of ancient Syvritos.Aravanes is a family taverna and rent rooms which was set by Mr Papoutsakis Lambros and his wife Maria and now is run by their daughters Maria and Elefteria and their husbands Manolis and Titos. Here along with the traditional hospitality of Crete the panoramic view on Amari valley you have the chance to taste local food, wine, raki, prepared with love from the owners of the taverna. At this place our guests can either alone or in a group to:
explore the area alone or with a guide.
paticipate in farming duties.
paticipate in local festivals or religious events
participate at grape harvest, wine production, distillation of raki..
go for botanic walks and collect herbs.
observe wild bird.
climd at the mountain Rsiloritis alone or with a guide.

Παραδοσιακή ταβέρνα στην οποία προσφέρονται πιάτα βασισμένα στην Κρητική διατροφή. Όλα μας τα φαγητά παρασκευάζονται από αγνά υλικά της κοιλάδας του Αμαρίου.Προσφέρουμε ξεναγήσεις στη γύρω περιοχή για γνωριμία με την πανίδα και την χλωρίδα του τόπου μας. Παρέχεται δυνατότητα συμμετοχής σε αγροτικές δραστηριότητες όπως το μάζεμα της ελιάς, ο τρύγος και η απόσταξη ρακής.Σε απόσταση 500 μέτρα μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε την Αρχαία Σύβριτο και μέσα στο χωριό Θρόνος να θαυμάσετε την Βυζαντινή εκκλησία του 11ου αιώνα με σπάνιες αγιογραφίες.Πάνω από την Ταβέρνα μας υπάρχουν ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια με δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας 2-6 ατόμων.
Αναλαμβάνουμε κοινωνικές εκδηλώσεις εως 100 ατόμων στον εσωτερικό χώρο και εως 400 ατόμων στον εξωτερικό χώρο.
Ανοιχτά το χειμώνα τις Κυριακές και τις αργίες και το καλοκαίρι καθημερινά.
