Our 47 minutes sessions combine non-contact boxing and kickboxing with high-intensity functional training for all levels, always supervised by a certified trainer.
The sessions can be booked online allowing easy modification, cancellation and recovery of classes. Different membership or pay per class bundle options are available.

Our unique patented technology allows real time tracking of your synchronization, power and calorie consumption during the workout, thanks to scoring system settled in each bag. Fight against yourself and others worldwide competing for the Brooklyn League and the annual Championships.
