ABOUT THE CHALLENGE

XGene Academy has 3 main phases the players have to go through:

-finding your Xgene :in this phase the players have to know more about themselves,their strength and weakness points and what is their passion of life

-Developing your Xgene : in this phase every player should have known their Xgene..what they are good at and decided to take a step to do what they love

The players have to figure out their ways to develop and enhance their talents and skills and apply what they have gained of experiences in their business and learn from the outcomes

- Release your Xgene: in this phase the players turn into Mutants , now they know the key of success and going from Zero to Hero
