It is shortly about a retirement community that offers hospitality and personal care to its clients, prepared to receive handicapped persons that can easily move in the facility if they can (this is what is called "Independent Serviced Living"), but also can have 24/7 caregiver on demand that will take care of all the client needs (what is called "Assisted Living").

Aim:
Sunny Days will establish a luxurious retirement community that provides social services such as:
1. long and short term accommodation at luxurious standard
2. social and entertainment activities for residents
3. regular visits and trips either to religious, touristic or entertainment places for the residents
4. permanent care for the residents through sustainable follow up
5. limited medical supervision, if necessary
6. home care service for non-resident applicants
7. touristic excursions for elderly tourists, in cooperation with tourist companies that specialize in tourism for the elderly

The elderly
People who need assistance with daily living following accidents or surgeries, etc.

New Heliopolis, Cairo-Suez Desert Road, 25 km away from Heliopolis and 4 km away from El Sherouk City, Cairo, Egypt.
