Suncity Sheraton it is considered to be one of the first integrated urban developments in the Middle East and Europe. with a total investment of over a million dollars.

Suncity is the newest landmark in Cairo and consists of:

Hypermarket
The hypermarket area is on the ground floor with a retail area of 11400m and a storage area (situated directly below) of 4000m with dedicated service lifts. It also has its own access from the street and can therefore operate 24hrs a day, independently of the complex and its operating hours.

Cinema
The Cineplex covers an area of 11000m over 2 floors. There are 16 screens. Two of the screens are double height and therefore have huge screens and a balcony seating floor in the classic theatre style. The cinema area also features a café, confectionary etc.

Shops
300 shops within the complex. Many of which are expected to be international brands. The remaining shall be a mix of upmarket local and regional brands and boutiques, Specialised and otherwise.

Amusement
1600m of space allocated to amusement area. This will be an area for youths up to 25yrs. Expected are a pool hall, arcades and other gaming facilities. There will also be a separate area allocated for children/infants to entertain young families.

Hotel
The mall features a boutique hotel of 27 luxury rooms and suites. The Hotel also features its own entrance. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant and bar, outdoor café and deck. Also a main attraction for the hotel will be its casino.

Bazaar
Within the complex is an oriental bazaar (Khan Khalili style) with cafés in the area for local delicacies and shisha.

Restaurants
Throughout the building (mainly on the upper floors) are disbursed over 5000m are 25 outlets for fine dinning and cafes.

Food Court
The food court section is allocated approximately 6000m. Within the section are 19 fast food outlets with a spacious and lively seating area.

Restaurant / Club
Another main attraction for the mall is its circular restaurant/club. The club is spread over 2 floors and covers an area of about 575m. The second floor is a circular balcony floor overlooking the entertainment, dance floor and dinning below. There is also an exterior terrace of 250m. It is intended to invite/hire popular singers from around the region to entertain customers.

Parking and Accesses
There is ample parking to service the facility. There are 1500 spaces spread mainly over 2 floor. There are 2 double lane entrances on both sides of the building and another 5 exit lanes. Also the main entrance provides a large set back for pick up and drop off, easing pressure of traffic flow on the adjacent.

Location
The mall is located in Heliopolis directly on a major highway at the edge of a large residential area with other major highways nearby making it convenient for centre-city and suburban residents. The international and domestic airport is located very close by providing an opportunity to short stay travellers to entertain themselves. There are no other comparable shopping centres in the area.
