-Design:
We have the aptitude of going from imagination to design. We have a talented team that constructs architectural and structural designs. It is also important to consider that we create electromechanical drawings that facilitate for our clients their projects and demands.

Primalenza’s creative group develops designs that go from free-hand sketches to two-dimensional designs and reaching out to three-dimensional designs that are actually becoming real in our implementation. We continue to create an actual art of a designing process that integrates the decoration of the interiors of our projects.
-Landscape Design:
Our independent profession in art tradition, with respect to combining what we see as nature and what we experience and live in from our culture is what we design for landscaping and provide our clients with. Our creative team schemes to bridge between building and landscaping, where we create spaces of landscape architecture and garden designs.
-Project Management:
We are prominent in the field of managing clients’ project and planning them. Primalenza seek to create a plan from scratch, going through implementation and execution and finally reaching out to the best quality promised. We necessary outline, formulate, integrate and collaborate in the planning activities and monitor the execution as it closes.
-Site Survey:
We believe it is our responsibility to inspect where work is processed, and gather more information of our design, in order to create an estimate of the initial tasks of our clients’ sites. We determine the best precise locations and we get oriented with the obstacles that could further face our clients or us during and after execution. In addition to that, we continue researching upon the best practices that could be done in the nature of the project, and thereby, coming up with the best site survey that serves out clients needs and wants.
