INJAZ Sohag - إنجاز سوهاج 3.03

In partnership with the Ministry of Education and multinational and national companies, Injaz Egypt was established to create a new generation of empowered youth who will become entrepreneurs or the employees of choice for corporations, instead of joining the growing ranks of the unemployed. Each semester, business leaders send staff into local schools and universities for an hour a week for 10 weeks as ‘corporate volunteers’, sharing their professional life with youth, giving them practical training on how to succeed in the working world. Injaz Egypt started as a pilot project under the ‘Save the Children’ foundation in 2003. It is now a registered Egyptian organization supported by leading members of the private sector, impacting thousands of youth in schools and universities across Egypt. Injaz Egypt is a member nation of Junior Achievement, a global economic education organization with presence in over 100 countries impacting over 8 million youth worldwide.

Every year, Injaz Egypt holds a young entrepreneurs competition in which university students vie for the title of best student company.

بدأت مؤسسة إنجازمصر كبرنامج تحت مظلة هيئة إنقاذ الطفولة وأصبحت مؤسسة مصرية غير هادفة للربح مسجلة تحت رقم 6899 لسنة 2007 تابعة لادارة المعادى للتضامن الإجتماعى. ومؤسسة إنجاز تنفذ منهج تعليمى يمثل الترجمة العربية للمنهج الذي تتبعه المؤسسة الدولية "جونيور أشيفمنت" و التي تعد أقدم و أكبر منظمة تعليمية فى العالم فى مجال الأعمال والإقتصاد. وتهدف مؤسسة إنجاز الى تحسين مهارات الشباب لدخول سوق العمل بوصفهم موظفين مؤهلين أو كرجال أعمال آملين بذلك تحسين معايير مهارات القوة البشرية
