Corporate Governance is defined as “the control and direction of companies” by ownership, boards, incentive systems and other mechanisms. The Center for Corporate Governance (CCG) is a virtual forum for the advancement of knowledge in this area, connecting researchers from several departments and institutions inside as well as outside Copenhagen Business School.

CCG is appointed one of the 6 World Class Research Environments at CBS, delivering research of excellence and contributing to the CBS Executive board programs.
