1800-1930 Muay Thai, 1930 to 2100 MMA Ground/Clinch (offensive wrestling + ground & pound + subs)
Wednesday
18 to 1930 MMA Standup, 1930-2100 Submission Wrestling (SW) for MMA
Thursday
1800-1930 Muay Thai, 1930 to 21 MMA Ground/Clinch
Saturday
1000-1130 Muay Thai, 1130 to 13 MMA Sparring
13 to 14 SW for MMA
