ACCESS THE ENERGY (ATE) provides context-based research findings and project designs, healthcare counselling and solutions, cross-cultural communications clarifications, cultural diversity and gender issue solutions. Using anthropological theories and methodologies including participatory observation, interviews with stakeholders, questionnaires, case studies, etc., we seek to gain knowledge of the multiple perspectives within a study-community and to knowing what those diverse perspectives are, as well as understanding the relationship among them. We conduct in-depth research that gives detailed account of people’s everyday lives and the settings where they live, work, act, and how they achieve or fail. We strive to uncover resources or barriers, as well as to penetrate taken for granted presumptions and fixed notions, by gathering data that either supports or rejects these. Research methods are designed to get access to people’s thought and to their own account of their experiences. Fieldwork is almost always carried out in situ in close collaboration with our customers and we work with a mindset that pays close attention to corporate objectives, conceptual designs and interplay with relevant others.

With every project carried out by ATE we aim to deconstruct, reconstruct, and re-conceptualize significant issues, thereby providing management with greater access to the knowledge embedded in the study site with the intention to generate increased revenue and state-of-the-art designs. By uncovering new perspectives and possibilities, as well as proposing new initiatives, it is our objective to equip decision-makers with tools that can help them to find innovative approaches, create effective and sustainable solutions, make improvements, put advantageous strategies in place and construct a framework for activities that can create job satisfaction for their employees.
