Kirk Henry and Troy Lopez started RosaCaleta in 2009, based on the idea to create a space for people to enjoy quality food in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere and meet other people from a wide international network.

Food fusion is the core of RosaCaleta’s concept: A blending of Jamaican recipes with European ingredients/European classics with traditional Jamaican cuisine, all with a twist created by chef Troy Lopez. Food at RosaCaleta is unlike in any other restaurant. Ingredients are carefully chosen, often hand-picked, some imported from as far as Jamaica, to find the combinations that create flavours existing nowhere else. Far from trying to replicate Jamaican cuisine, the chef has succeeded in putting a unique twist on traditional Jamaican cooking.

Everything served at RosaCaleta is created in OUR kitchen. Every dish has been designed to create a colourful, visual delight and a carnival of flavours for your plate.
