Dragoon 6 Command Philosophy

1. Mission, Men, and Me
2. Physical Fitness-Intensity, Frequency, and Duration-these elements are key to a successful preparation for our upcoming mission-we will be prepared
3. Take care of Soldiers, Family Members and each other-if you want people to stand with you, stand by them
4. Take Care of Business-be a professional
5. Accountability-Equipment, Personnel, successes/failures, and personal actions
6. When in charge, take charge. I expect all leaders to lead by example and from the front.
7. Bad news does not get better with time. Any problem can be solved if brought to light-we will help-guaranteed
8. Drugs will not be tolerated
9. We are the Brigade Reconnaissance Troop-be the most competent, lethal, and disciplined Soldiers on the battlefield-we have to accomplish more, independently
10. Never embarrass yourself, your unit your family or your country-no matter where you are
