Our company started in Texas in the United State in 1985, we involved in many business activities, started with construction of and on to the present time. During our years of operation in Texas we owned & operated many businesses including convenience store, truck stops, fuel jobbership, livestock sales, halal meat & food in both whole sale and retail.

In 2008 Daniel Baroody moved to Colombia and started doing business in livestock, halal slaughtering, halal meat sales, also distributing dates, dried fruit, and long line of Mediterranean products to Carrefour, Exito, and many other Colombian chain companies thru out Colombia. Also traded sugar from Brazil, lentil, garbanzo beans, meat, olive oil, and vegetable oil with Venezuela.

Imad Wadi maintained office in San Antonio, Texas to trade coal, chicken, and petroleum products. Started the Middle East branch to meet the international growing business of the company, opened office in UAE for importing products from many countries including UAE, India, Tunisia, Indonesia, and turkey to north and South America. Also started to export from Colombia the halal meat, cattle, charcoal, and fique to many countries in the Middle East including AUE, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, and Egypt.

In conclusion our company has over 30 years of combined local and international business trading experience, with connections and relation with many large companies worldwide, all of which was built one customer at the time.
