Youth Sport Expo - Ottawa 2.9

Youth Sport Expo Ottawa is all about "building champions in health and life" - educating and engaging youth ages 4-16 and parents, as well as coaches and administrators.

Our mission is to have the healthiest, most active, community in Canada, and we're starting right at a grassroots level.

There are three areas of the show:

Main Stage: Presentation and workshops with experts highlighting varying important topics such as concussion prevention, anti-bullying, women in sports, long term athlete development, leadership development through sports, and many more.

Interactive Zone: Interactive demonstrations and classes by a broad cross-section of sports and activities. Opportunities to connect with high profile athletes in our autograph zone.

Exhibitor Area: Booths promoting sports organizations/clubs, events, courses, summer camps; not-for-profit and charitable organizations; services such as sports therapy, nutritionists, and more!
