Students can expect to learn and practice the Yoga Do™, Kali Do Yoga™ and Bliss Camp™ Fitness styles which cultivate a balanced routine between fitness to increase cardiovascular endurance, strength training to challenge physical ability and full range motion increasing flexibility. A gentle warm-up prepares students for the High Intensity Plyometric (HIP) portion of the class which applies martial arts practices followed by the essential benefits of yoga, including a stretch and concluding with deep relaxation exercises.

Yoga Do™ is an electrifying fusion of Hatha Yoga’s foundational flow, martial arts and spirituality.

Kali Do Yoga™ is a perfect harmony between the principles of Hatha Yoga’s foundational flow, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), meditation and Kali martial art stick fighting techniques used as a therapeutic tool.

Bliss Camp™ Fitness. While this class provides a challenging cardiovascular experience to increase muscular strength and endurance, the ultimate focus is on self-development techniques to attain a higher state of being by raising consciousness and finding perfect tranquility and spiritual insight within one’s self. Students will learn how to increase body awareness, proper body movements to lengthen the body through functional movement techniques that will benefit students inside and outside of the studio.

Classes are offered to accommodate any fitness level and health goals regardless of body type, flexibility and temperament.
