The dream of Wholey Fit was finally realized when I opened my doors Sept. 18th, 2012! Classes include Indoor Cycling, Indoor Cycling & Strength (all strength work is done OFF the bike), small group HIIT & TRX Circuit Training. (Lots of free parking!)
