The Art of Birthing 2.23

I have brought my passion for learning and sharing knowledge to creating this class! I use my experience as mother who had a natural birth at home, a Paramedic, Certified Yoga Instructor and Child Birth Educator to help women and their partners have the birth that want.

We cover topics such as natural birthing, alternative pain management, breathing, relaxation, massage, breastfeeding, baby care, baby wearing...
