Taekwondo is a martial art founded in Korea. It utilizes both leg techniques (Tae) and arm techniques (Kwon) and is practiced using certain spirit types (Do) and by respecting a discipline.
Popularized by the spectacular characteristics of the leg movements, Taekwondo possesses multiple facets and is a sport in the Olympic games.
Learning Taekwondo
Our method of teaching is based on the principles of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). This martial art is practiced with a spirit a self-defense. This method pays particular attention to each and everyone's own security and integrity.
The courses follow different facets: kibon, the basic technique; the Poomsae, forms; the conventional combat; the Taekwondo sport, the Hoshin-sul, self-defense; and the Kyopa, breaking.
