I have been living in the Shuswap community for 20 years, the first 8 in Blind Bay and now we are residing in Salmon Arm.
My husband and I left the lower mainland after experiencing the Shuswap for its beauty and outdoor adventures.
The communities are small and the environment was one in which we wanted to raise our family.
With Salmon Arm being located half way between Vancouver and Calgary - we are never far from the big cities yet we
get to enjoy the space and outdoor activities that surround us every day.
Boating on the vast Shuswap Lake, Biking the quiet winding roads, Camping and Golfing have become a few of our family favourites
that remind us why we chose the Shuswap to call home.
