We have a vast knowledge of the Greater Victoria area and an understanding of its many unique and endearing qualities. We pride ourselves on truly caring about our client's needs in a transaction. Most of our business comes from repeat clients, referrals from past clients and friends in the community. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and make people proud to refer us. Sharen Warde

Sharen's career in real estate spans 24 successful and rewarding years. Her achievements in sales have been recognized with many awards. She has continually achieved the Royal LePage Diamond Award, representing the top 3% in the industry as well as the Victoria Real Estate Gold Award representing the top 10%.

Her previous career in law as a Legal Assistant, prior to entering the real estate industry, has given her considerable expertise and knowledge in all aspects of the industry.

Sharen is presently the Victoria representative of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation as well on the National "Agents of Agents", which is committed to raising funds for women's Shelters in Canada.

Larry Sims

Larry's career in real estate began in 1982 and was recognized with MLS® and Company awards during his real estate career. In 1992 Larry left the industry for the "art world" and became a recognized and successful clay artist owning his own gallery and teaching studio in Victoria's China Town.

Prior to entering the real estate industry Larry's business and marketing background gave him the opportunity to work for National Canadian Companies as a Manager in sales and marketing. He has also owned his own businesses. Larry is an active Member of Harbourside Rotary.
