Just about every statistic we read is based on provincial and national numbers. Even the data that local Real Estate Boards produce can be too broad. Real Estate markets are local but 2 years ago I felt that
studying the Kamloops market as a whole wasn’t specific enough.

When the Kamloops Real Estate market peaked in 2008 then fell and fluctuated in the following years I began to notice that not all neighbourhoods were reacting the same. Being a numbers person I decided to test my theory and crunch the numbers… the numbers don’t lie and each neighbourhood in Kamloops continue to perform differently.

At Team Cavaliere the numbers help us to really stay on top of the market so that we can better predict our local market, neighbourhoods and pricing.
