Vicky Taylor-Hood of Raising the Bar Strength & Conditioning provides personalized strength coaching for people looking to improve basic fitness as well as athletes (both recreational and competitive) seeking to improve sport-specific performance in powerlifting. If your vocation is running or triathlon, she can also give you a hand with integrating a strength component into your training so as to improve performance and avoid injury!

She can work with individuals of all ages if they are committed to exploring change and the limits of what they thought possible, and has a special interest in masters athletes of all levels of skill.

Services offered include:
- one-on-one training
- online coaching (nutritional and fitness)
- coaching in very small groups (up to 3 people)
- personalized nutrition coaching

All groups are kept small to optimize attention given to individuals and to maximize results by allowing for very specific and personalized feedback. increased ability to tailor the programming to clients' needs and preferences, and reduced risk of injury.
