Paulina graduated with an Honours Degree in Sociology from McMaster University, and with an interest in research she pursued her post-graduate studies in Marketing Management from Humber College.
Upon graduation, Paulina accepted a job within the health field, where she familiarized herself with the body and discovered an interest for the intricacy of its systems.

Always having a desire to help people, Paulina pursued Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Heath and Technology.

Knowing the amount of stress we place on our bodies from sitting in front of our devices for hours on end, and being gym rats who overuse our bodies incorrectly, Paulina puts a focus on sports injuries and postural dysfunctions through various techniques - catering to each patient's diverse needs. ​
