Mindfulness Regina is a place to learn the practice of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with an experienced Registered Doctoral Psychologist. Rooted in the work of Thich Nhat Hanh and Jon Kabit -Zinn we learn together in order to support well being and emotional health. Individual sessions are available.
Dr. Sojonky works in the areas of marriage and family counselling, depression, anxiety and sex therapy.
