MariahAlyshia Yoga 2.08

Hi everyone!
I am Mariah, born and raised in beautiful Barrie, Ontario. As a dancer and dance teacher, I wanted to gain a further understanding of my body in motion. This in turn has led me to discover yoga and the physical, mental and spiritual components it entails. Since this discovery, yoga is no longer something I do as it now defines my way of life.
I am a firm believer that practice does not make perfect; it leads to progression. This philosophy is reflected in each and all of my classes. I invite you to practice this philosophy with me on Wednesday evenings at 8pm-9pm and Sunday mornings from 10am-11am.
