LAMBTON MENTAL WELLNESS CENTRE
The Lambton Mental Wellness Centre has been part of Sarnia-Lambton since 1997. We provide peer mental health support to the community through our two programs.
1. Peer support for people living with a mental illness
2. Lambton Family Initiative provides peer support for family members, caregivers, and friend supporting people with mental illness.

VISION
Meet and sustain the mental health needs for all of Sarnia/Lambton through education, social recreation, peer support and partnering with other local agencies and medical professionals ensuring mentally healthy people in a healthy society.

MISSION
The Lambton Mental Wellness Centre exists to improve the quality of life for anyone living with mental illness. We provide peer support and care for consumers/survivors, family members, caregivers, and friends.
