I have a strong interest and knowledge base in the area of disordered eating. I have been working with individuals with eating disorders for over five years, as well as providing consultation services to family members and health care professionals. I understand that every recovery journey is unique and I will work with you to develop strategies and tools that best meet your needs. I know that recovery from an eating disorder can seem overwhelming, I also strongly believe that recovery is possible.

As an Occupational Therapist I also understand how the mind and body work together to accomplish day-to-day activities and will work with you to develop the skills you need to meaningfully participate in the life you choose.
