jobPath is a welcoming, comfortable Employment Readiness Workshop in Sarnia, Ontario. jobPath is for people with disabilities who are:
- Seeking employment
- Wanting to revisit employment goals
- Wanting to assess their job interests, capabilities, and compatibilities
- Wanting to improve their readiness for and confidence during job interviews
- Wishing to learn about job opportunities

jobPath is FREE and our small group workshops provide a friendly atmosphere that ensures real opportunities for participants to gain new skills, self-awareness, confidence, and self-esteem.

Upon successful completion of the Employment Readiness Training, participants will be assisted with job search within Sarnia-Lambton. Participants will gain hands-on work experience with qualified Job Coaches who accompany them and help facilitate the transition into the workplace. Past participants have successfully attained permanent employment through jobPath assistance.
