I am writing this message to pass on my sincere appreciation for the concerted effort that Jamie Page put into the sale of my mother-in-law's townhouse in Hamilton, Ontario in late 2008. My mother-in-law came down with a very rare illness several years back. The illness gradually progressed to a point where she was no longer able to live on her own. We eventually made the difficult decision to sell her townhouse. This was a significant task as we reside in Calgary, and we needed to sell the townhouse in a fairly short timeframe. We researched several realtors in the Hamilton area. On one visit to Hamilton, we met Jamie, his approach exuded confidence and we knew that he was a person who would treat us fairly, keep his word and would be tenacious in selling the townhouse. He knew our situation and our needs. Jamie worked very hard and was able to get realtors and potential buyers interested in the townhouse. He was trustworthy, flexible and always went the extra mile to ensure that we understood the details of the sale, cleared the house inspection, and made the transaction as seamless as possible. Even though we were in Calgary, we expected the townhouse to sell and that the sale would be done right; also that we'd be treated with respect and receive a fair price.
