In The Mix is an innovative program that provides a unique opportunity for children, from Kindergarten to Grade 8, to move beyond their regular academic classes into an exciting and physically challenging new world.

Through solo and group participation each child gets to explore what’s new in dance, music and internet technology. This experience will also help them focus their individual creative energy, while learning the power of teamwork. So really, it is not just about dance, it is also very much about developing mind and body.

Students will:
• Experience dance, music and innovative technologies
• Builds their self confidence & social skills
• Learn the power of effective teamwork
• Discover ways to better focus their physical and mental energies.
