Ananda Yoga Studios, a franchise with four locations in York Region, began when the award-winning Ananda Hot Yoga Aurora opened its doors in September 2009. The unpretentious little studio offers hot as well as regular yoga and pilates classes of various styles by certified instructors. Group classes, private lessons and educational workshops meet the needs of students of all levels of ability. Additional services include Zumba and PiYo classes, infrared sauna and massage therapy.
