Fitness classes are a variety of formats and exercises ranging from weight circuits to fun cardio classes. Each day is a new workout pulling from pilates, yoga, kickboxing, aerobics, weights, body resistance and anything else I come up with! All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications are offered for all exercises to ensure you are getting the best workout for you!

I offer a consultation including measurements and fitness testing before creating a personalized workout program that utilizes your own equipment/lifestyle. Without committing to weekly sessions, book monthly "check ins" to keep motivated, record your progress and ensure you're doing each exercise correctly.
Initial cost: $50 (includes the consultation and program)
