Bon Macaron Patisserie is the first store in Victoria, BC to offer only Macarons. Macarons bring back the pleasure of enjoying dessert without having to feel the guilt! Macarons consist of two round pieces of meringue made of egg whites, sugar and powdered almonds with a filling in between. The filling can be made with a wide variety of products such as butter cream, curd, jam or cream cheese and can be sweet or savory. Given their size and lightness people can enjoy a few Macarons without having the feeling of over doing it and most importantly, each bite is a different experience.

For those looking for something extra, Macaron cakes are available in varying sizes and flavours. Macarons are Gluten-Free and can also be made Dairy-Free allowing for more people to enjoy this little treat. Customers also have the option of ordering custom Macaron creations such as pyramids, company logos or wedding favors.
