Barbara Gilmore RPC, is a registered professional counsellor in Victoria BC using clinical therapies for individuals and couples experiencing difficulties or change.

It may be to discover, or re-discover your own creativity and strengths, or to make meaning out of new and significant changes in your life such as loss, a crisis, physical or mental illnesses.

Feeling emotionally well, overcoming illness and understanding everything that happens in life is difficult. It seems to be a lifelong activity of daily living to keep our emotional balance and live happily in both our personal and professional life at work, at home, at play and in our relationships.

Barbara is also a qualified and experienced facilitator and runs workshops focusing on mental wellness, self esteem and change. She is a master level ASIST trainer for suicide understanding.

Initial 30 minute session is FREE
Sessions are $80-$100 per hour.
Most health plans are accepted.
