With 12+ years of real estate experience behind her, Ashley Lamb is known in her industry as a condo expert. During her time in Toronto, she worked for the #1 condo selling real estate brokerage in the downtown core, has been on a condo board, has lived in and owned condominiums and has even had first had experience buying and selling pre-construction properties.

Ashley has since brought her expertise in condos to Barrie and created Barrie Condo Corner; a hub where people can go to get information on condos in Barrie, Barrie’s condo market and condominium tips for sellers & buyers.

As a top 1% condo seller on the Toronto Real Estate Board for multiple years, having a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and award winning service for over a decade, not only does Ashley have a good understanding for market trends but has long been mindful of her clients’ needs, and passionately describes her relationship with them as a true partnership. She knows full well that the process of buying and selling a home is a journey that doesn’t always travel in a straight line, but her patience and experience in the marketplace allow her to act as her clients’ guide, avoiding common pitfalls and smoothing the path to the ultimate destination.

With a diverse level of experience, ranging from pre-construction properties to multiple-offer situations in the resale market, Ashley has long been adept at handling the most tricky real-estate situations, and stays on top of the game by constantly enrolling in continuing education programs.

A family woman at heart – Ashley and her husband Steve are expecting their second child in December – Ashley is proud to call Barrie home.
