All Star Fitness offers a variety of energetic group fitness classes such as Fitness Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Zumba and Yoga.

Our mission is to provide a fun and friendly fitness environment that empowers women and men to live healthy, happy and active lives!

All Star Fitness strives to provide everything you need to make the right choices for your fitness by including a variety of workouts, and a community where you can feel safe and supported by your instructor and peers.

Fitness kickboxing is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape. Each 45-minute group exercise class is packed with heart-pumping, fat-burning cardio training and awesome muscle toning that includes punching and kicking your very own O.B. (Body Opponent Bag) – all to the beat of music.

Bootcamp is a total body workout that combines: Circuit training, Agility drills, Sports conditioning, Core strengthening, Body sculpting and body weight resistance training.

Zumba ! the exercise in disguise !! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Yoga is offered to promote a balance between the physical demands of the Fitness classes and the mental demands of life. This class will aim to create a ‘healthy mind in a healthy body’.
