Acadia PRIDE 2.05

Acadia Pride is an Internal Organization of the Acadia Students Union. As such we offer support and services in any way we can related to the Gender/Sexuality/Romantic Minorities community. We have weekly meetings and multiple events per month that are open to all students and alumni, as well as the Wolfville community.

What to expect from weekly meetings:
Discussion and planning about up and coming events, campus issues and world news, as well as small activities and snacks.
Currently, weekly meetings are at 5pm on Fridays in the Peer Support Lounge in the SUB on the 2nd floor mezzanine.
Ace Space (asexual/aromantic specific meetings) are at 5pm on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays in the Peer Support Lounge.

What to expect from events:
During events we don't talk shop. Our events are open and free to attend for all students and the general public. Events can be board game nights, potlucks, lectures on informative topics, workshops on health and wellness, or community building meet ups such as transfolk coffee circles or an asexual book club.
