While the majority of our residential and commercial assignments are concentrated within the City of Toronto and its immediate abutting municipalities, we do undertake assignments outside of this core area and have completed assignments in the Niagara Region, Hamilton, Waterloo, Barrie, and Kingston. Normally, such “out-of town” assignments are more cost effective if local appraisers are involved and often we partner with such local appraisers in order to provide a cost effective fee structure.
