SHAPE Vintage Closet Terms and Conditions:

* Each customer can bring in a maximum of 25 items for consignment each week. This can be 15 items of mixed clothing (generally 2 of each item, e.g. 2 ladies' tops, 2 mens' tops, 2 boys' tops, 2 girls' tops etc. ... no shorts, swimsuits & undergarments unless NEW) and 10 other items such as shoes, bags, belts, scarves, jewelry, household items, accessories, decorations, small electronic items / appliances, plants, seasonal items – summer and winter, toys (no soft toys, no food items). Dependent on space available, the number of items can be restricted at the discretion of the Vintage Closet staff.
* You can bring in your items for consignment until half an hour prior to closing time, i.e. until 1230 on both days.
* Items will only be accepted in good clean working condition. Articles found to be faulty or damaged will not be sold but can be donated to charity.
* Items will be displayed for sale for a period of 6 weeks. If not sold or collected by vendor within this time, items will be sent to charity or sold for charity in the Vintage Closet. A fee of 50 cents will be charged against each item withdrawn by vendor (up to 5 items).
* Payouts will be advertised on Facebook and also at the Vintage Closet. The vendor receives 80% of the sale with 20% going to charity donations.
* Payments not collected from the sale of items will be kept for 2 payouts then donated to charity. If you are unable to collect your money at the payout you can nominate somebody to collect it for you.

The Vintage Closet will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged, or for ITEMS SOLD WITHOUT THE SAFETY CERTIFICATE.
