** We will need 20%-100% advance to pre-order products, unless otherwise mentioned in our product post . No returns once you pre-order something, unless the product is damaged. Loyalty customers will benefit from the lowest rate of advance.

** For home delivery, we take the full amount in advance, along with 60tk delivery fee through bkash.

Orders outside of Dhaka will be sent through Sundorban. Additional charge will be applied to send products outside of Dhaka and will require you to pick up your product from Sundorban office.
