Bangladeshi people since 2013 but we have more than 10 years’ experiences in this field of Holly services. Bangladesh.

Hajj management:
Hajj management is synonymous with Hajjwithayesha since the
company has been in this business. In fact, the company to be recognized as a world-class model by countries that inspired to emulate its success its wide experience has also proved to be highly valuable in positioning Hajjwithayesha in the front liner of successful Hajj & Umrah services Provider Company in the country.

Flight Arrangement:
Pilgrims will be issued the Hajj Flight Schedule two weeks after hajj
registration. The schedule contains information such as date and time of departure, airline and flight number, place and time for check-in, place and time for gathering and final briefing, issuance of vital documents such as hajj passport and various other activities and procedures that need to be complied prior to departure. It will also notify pilgrim details of the scheduled arrival from the Holy Land to enable family members to make the necessary arrangements.

Reception activities at KAAIA Jeddah:
• Assist pilgrims with immigration and custom procedures

Madina:
• Organize reception at Al-Hijrah/airport/zone
• Handle pilgrims at the respective zone
• Direct and supervise pilgrims to their accommodation
• Coordinate visits to historical places and of religious significance
• Provides guidance on performing Haj and visits
• Provides counseling
• Handle complaints, inquiries, detecting missing pilgrims and loss of property

pilgrimage
• Monitors catering of food and drinks for pilgrims

Hajj Guidance exercise is done in many ways to help prospective pilgrims to
have full understanding of pilgrimage requirements, proper performance of
compulsory and commendable religious rituals, forbidden practices during
pilgrimage, healthcare and related matters, culture and life style at the
Holy Land, welfare and related matters, problem-solving, visits to
historical sites and places of significance to Islam and maximizing their
opportunity to perform pilgrimage. Allah SWT acceptance of one's pilgrimage is the dream of every pilgrim.
The guidance is also aimed at minimizing risks of being at the wrong side of the Saudi Arabia's law and prevents untoward incidents due to pilgrim's negligence and ignorance of safety matters.
