Amader Ishkool is a voluntary organization in Jhalakathi district.The main task of Amader Ishkool is to arrange General Knowledge and Mathematics Quiz Contest (GKMQC) that was first arranged on 19 May, 2007 as an initiative by some local youths.It's totally a voluntary and apolitical group. Currently, GKMQC is sponsored by rokomari.com and Udvash Academic and Admission Care, Dhaka.

Very recently, Amader Ishkool has launched a scholarship program to assist the local poor students with good academic performance. The scholarship is sponsored by OnnoRokom Group of Dhaka.

Now our target is to widen the area of arrangement to different schools of Jhalakathi district and make the students particularly the village schools students aware of the current affairs, to make them conscious about the inconsistency of the society ,environment, gender discrimination, globalization etc. and also to prepare them to keep pace with the age of science and technology.

We want to make the quiz contest more festive, so as to encourage more students to participate in the contest. To make it festive, we need more people. So we are looking for more volunteers (mainly students , teachers and journalists) , who will work only voluntarily for the contest.For this, we need local volunteers mainly from Jhalakathi Dsitrict.
